Custom units typically start around $1,600 or more to ensure optimal performance and value. While we can sometimes accommodate lower budgets, the overall quality and performance may not meet your expectations. As a small business, our costs are higher than those of DIY builds found online due to our expertise in component selection, assembly, and genuine Windows licensing.

We require a 50% deposit before ordering parts, with pricing and component selection discussed beforehand. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. We do not offer payment plans or financing options.

We do not provide custom loop water cooling but can accommodate closed-loop systems (CLCs). We can build a system ready for overclocking, but the end user must make any adjustments.

All custom PCs have a 1-year warranty against defects and general failures. Beyond this period, individual components carry their manufacturer's warranties, ranging from one to five years or longer. We assist with the RMA process for failed components during their warranty period.
